By accessing or using the Spell website (the “Site”) and its associated services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site and Services.
These Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and do not govern your use of Spell’s software services, revenue cycle management services, Spell Pay, or other products and services provided under separate agreements.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Spell immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Spell or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Spell, except as permitted by law.

User Content

You may submit content to the Site, including but not limited to feedback, comments, and suggestions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Spell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Spell. Spell is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

In no event shall Spell’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site and Services.

Indemnification

Termination

Spell may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease.
